Description The NeoPixel LED Strip is based on individually addressable WS2812 RGB LEDs . Each LED has ~18mA constant current drive so the color will be very consistent even if the voltage varies, making the design very slim. Power the whole thing with 5VDC (4-7V works) and you’re ready to rock. What Individually Addressable means: It means each WS2812 led can be commanded to turn on, or turn off in any 24 bit resolution color value supplied in command. This feature lets users combine multiple strips to make displays such as 150×150 large RGB Color LED display. DO – Data is shifted out of this pin, to be connected to the input of another pixel or left floating if it is the last link in the chain.
