Description This product is a dimmer based on Triac that lets you chop the output AC waveform to get lower effective RMS power. Since this dimmer chops the output waveform therefore any appliance requiring smooth AC voltage may not work with these dimmers. For example regular non-dimmeable LED lights do not work with these dimmers. To use the dimmer is connected in series to the electrical load to control the AC power delivered to the load.
