The large braai door slides neatly underneath the braai and doubles up as functional work surface. There is a galvanised steel braai grid; 4 grid height adjustment levels, a light fitting and a potjie hook. The 1000 stainless steel braai comes standard without a hood so that it can be inserted into a prebuilt chimney breast, and this makes replacing your old braai with a new braai much easier. As an ‘optional extra’ it can be pre-ordered with the Gather (Detachable hood). There is an ‘optional extra’ Stainless Steel Doorset and Frame which can be ordered to install and close off storage areas along and under counters to give your braai room a sleek designer finish. The braai flue kit is not included with the braai, and flue parts need to be ordered along with your braai as per your specific installation.
